20. Awesome Coconut Mug Cake

Cooking Time: 5 Minutes/Serves: 1 Serving

You can’t go wrong with a cup full of coconut goodness.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon of unsweetened coconut flakes

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 egg

½ a teaspoon of baking powder

2 tablespoons of sugar

2 tablespoons of heavy cream

3 tablespoons of flour

1 tablespoon of butter

Directions

Spoon the butter into a mug and melt it in the microwave for 15 seconds.

Add the egg and whisk to combine.

Add the vanilla, baking powder, sugar, flour, and heavy cream and whisk until a smooth consistency is formed.

Add the coconut flakes and stir to combine.

Microwave on high for 60 seconds.

Once the cake becomes firm and it’s stopped rising, it’s ready to eat.
